"KANSAS CITY, Mo. (DTN) -- The Bush administration is nearly finished
with a "biofuels action plan" that should be rolled out in a couple of
weeks; the plan will detail how different agencies will work on the
goals of a higher renewable fuels standard over the next 14 years,
Secretary of Agriculture Ed Schafer said Monday."
