Green Diesel Wisconsin Foundation
Green Diesel Wisconsin Foundation (GDWF) is a non-stock
corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, in
2008. The Corporation is permitted to do all things that can be done by
a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State and
consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code.
It is the sister organization of the Wisconsin Biodiesel Association
(WBA), a 501(c-6), organized in 2006 as a trade association.
The
GDWF & WBA maintain a principal office and registered agent,
chosen
by the Board of Directors. The primary mission the GDWF
includes;
promotion of renewable diesel alternatives, fuel quality assurance,
education and outreach to all parties interested in home-grown and
small-scale production of biofuels.
